ceipt of your despatch No.192 of the 21st. June, 1900, and to

state that copies of all such Proclamations as are therein

referred to shall in future be forwarded to you in due

course.

2. I enclose herewith copies of the Procla-

mation of November 28th. 1897 and also of July 9th. 1900, by

the latter of which the exportation of arms and other Mili-

tary stores has been extended for a further period of four

months from the 28th.instant.
